NORDÉS is a gin created from a slow distillation process without precipitation. To obtain this distillate, which is the heart and soul of the product, part of the local Galician grapes "albariño" is used. The distillate is then flavored by infusion of 12 plants. In addition to juniper, Nordes Gin contains the aromas of a number of wild Galician plants such as lemon verbena, bay leaves and eucalyptus. It also includes samphire, a marine plant, cardamom, peppermint, ginger, hibiscus, black Ceylon tea, sage and quinine. Nordes Gin is very fragrant. It exceeds all expectations, provided it is paired with a dry, bitter Tonic Water. Nordes Gin is very aromatic and can therefore also be enjoyed dry, on ice. For a perfect service, we advise you to combine it with a classic Tonic Water. Add large ice cubes, thin slices of grapes and bay leaf or sage. An original but simple preparation that reinforces its Galician character. Nordes Gin is a gin with high aromatic intensity, with notes of white flowers, lemon verbena and ginger, in harmony with the balsamic notes of eucalyptus, bay leaf and mint.
