KISI QVEVRI 2019, Dry amber wine, Georgian wine, Kindzmarauli Estate, Kakheti region

Wine vinified using the ancestral QVEVRI method (in jars). Amber-colored white wine (orange wine) with a coppery color and an old gold sheen. First nose of fresh hazelnuts, second fruity nose of dried apricots, floral note of acacia flower on a herbaceous finish. Powerful, well rounded palate, fruity citrus fruit on a mineral finish. Goes well with fish sauerkraut and walnut tart. Serving temperature 16-18°C.
