HEIMANN &Fiai Kadarka 2022

Heimann junior's pleasantly light and fresh kadarka comes from various vineyards in Szekszárd. The kadarka variety thrives on the region's loess soils, producing light, fresh, fruity wines reminiscent of pinot noir or gamay. It is very pale in color, offering delicate aromas of cherry, red apple and cranberry, with a spicy touch reminiscent of white pepper, and notes of fresh earth that develop on the palate. Almost tannin-free, it surprises with aromas of sour cherry and wild strawberry. Its delicacy and pronounced spiciness blend perfectly with modern cuisine. Great precision and little intervention in the winemaking process are the key to preserving its unique character.
