About Riviera
Riviera Cashmere Riviera works with small commercial enterprises, in close contact with Mongolian Capra Hircus goat breeders, natural producers of cashmere, on the edge of the Gobi desert.
These companies work in partnership with the Wildlife Conservation Society (WCS) which, among other things, supports the development of a certification system to validate and monitor environmental, social and animal welfare impacts.
Riviera only works with herding families who comb their goats and do not shear them, and who are respectful of their good health, precisely because their goats are their most precious "asset".
