Mtsvane semi-dry - semi-dry white wine with notes of white fruits, and a well-balanced sweetness. Ideal for aperitif, or for people who do not like lively wines.
Kindzmarauli AOC - a semi-sweet red wine made from the Sapéravi grape variety from the Kindzmarauli soil, rich in wild coriander, which allows for an aromatic concentration in the wine, especially of cherry, red fruit. A surprising and original wine without equivalent in the world. Despite its sweetness it keeps its vinous character. It has reconciled many people with red wine.
It can be used as an aperitif, to accompany a fruit salad, and even a duck with cherries to play the sweet and sour.
Pastoral sweet red wine (VDN vin doux naturel) - wine produced from the Cabernet-Sauvignon grape. At first nose you smell blackcurrant, honey, candied fruits, confirmed in the mouth evolving to prune. Despite its sweetness, this wine keeps a nice freshness very pleasant.
Ideal for aperitif, digestive, fruit salad.
