Online Dispute Resolution according to Art. 14 para. 1 ODR-Regulation

Apart from that, we are neither willing nor obliged to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must contact us (Reckinger Peinture-Décors S.à r.l., rue St Nicolas 7, L-4263 Esch-Sur-Alzette, represented by Reckinger Christoph, tel: +352 54 78 81 1, e-mail: eshop@reckinger.lu), by means of a clear statement (for example, a letter sent by mail or e-mail) of your decision to revoke this contract. You can use the attached sample withdrawal form, which is not mandatory.
In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
Consequences of the revocation
If you revoke this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a type of delivery other than the most favorable standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your revocation of this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees because of this repayment. We can refuse the repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than within fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the revocation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the period of fourteen days. You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
Delivery costs may vary depending on quantity, distance and delivery speed. They will be clearly displayed during the ordering process. Any delivery costs are also shown on the product detail page.
The prices indicated are inclusive of VAT.

RECKINGER s'engage cependant à ne divulguer aucune des informations dont il est détenteur à des tiers, y compris à une autre société ou une autre entreprise qui offrirait des services analogues, sauf dans le cadre de l’application d’une disposition légale ou réglementaire, ou dans le cadre de la sous-traitance du traitement des données à caractère personnel, et le cas échéant toujours en conformité avec les dispositions législatives.
RECKINGER informe le client, qui l’accepte, qu’il a la faculté de sous-traiter le traitement de ses données à caractère personnel en conformité avec la Loi.
Le client, dont les données à caractère personnel sont traitées, bénéficie des droits d'accès, de rectification et d'opposition au traitement de ses données.
Ces droits peuvent être exercés, conformément aux articles 26 et suivants de la Loi, par simple demande par courrier postal au responsable du traitement (RECKINGER PEINTURES - DECORS S.A R.L.), à l'adresse : 48, Rue Victor Hugo, L-4140 Esch-sur-Alzette, Luxembourg, en justifiant de son identité et d'un motif légitime s'il est exigé par la Loi.
Le client peut accéder à ses données archivées sous les mêmes conditions.
