Players are the guardians of the trees and do their part to ensure that the forest is a healthy and lush home for the Kodamas - the Japanese tree spirits. Each turn, the trees grow and populate with a mix of flowers, insects, fungi and other things. Points are awarded depending on which elements are on the newly grown branch. Players try to make their tree as attractive as possible to a Kodama. Because at the end of each season, the kodamas look for a new home. And the happier they are with the tree, the more lavish the reward for the tree herders. In the end, who will the Kodamas choose as the new guardian of the forest? For 2 - 5 players, ages 8 and up. Game duration approx. 30 minutes.
