KEY ELEMENTS OF THE WATCH

The AIKON #tide has inherited the same qualities as the other members of the AIKON family, except that it is made from recycled ocean plastic combined with fiberglass. The resulting composite material is twice as hard as traditional plastic, five times stronger and has a much smaller carbon footprint than the production of PET. The bezel, case, case back, crown, lugs and buckle of the new model are all made from this composite material. It takes 17 plastic bottles to make one of these fabulous watches and its dedicated packaging, also made from 100% recycled ocean waste. It's a win-win situation.
