Description

The Skirted Jig makes your rubber bait even more seductive when fishing for perch, zander, pike and Co. In combination with Dude, Wilson and Edward as a trailer you have an incredibly catchy package at the start that offers you in many situations compared to conventional jig hooks clear advantages.

The Skirted Jig already shows its advantages when the bait is just lying on the bottom. The slightest water turbulence sets the fringes of the jig in motion and makes even slowly guided baits even more seductive. The increased water resistance caused by the fringes also provides a prolonged sinking phase, during which the fringes emit micro-vibrations and light reflections, further increasing the catchability of the lure.

Our Skirted Jig is a real price-performance hit with several advantages over all other Rubber Jigs available on the market.

To protect you from hangers, the Skirted Jig is equipped with a Weedguard. These bristles have been deliberately chosen rather soft, so that your hook is protected from weeds and branches, but you still have no problems with the bite yield. When biting, the bristles are pushed away and the hook tip can penetrate into the fish mouth. This is not the case with most US or Japanese rubber jigs, as these lures are made for black bass fishing and have too stiff weedguards. With these models from competitors, the weedguard must be trimmed or even completely removed. Such problems are now finally a thing of the past.

Our Skirted Jigs are equipped with extremely sharp and very stable hooks from Mustad. They are therefore also very suitable for fishing in the Cover (when there is weed or sunken trees in the water). You can hit the fish hard in the drill without worrying about a bent hook. Furthermore, the dark color of the hook is very inconspicuous.

There is a small barb made of metal wire on the hook shank. It ensures that all rubber baits are held securely on the hook, but in no case burst. You can thus also change your rubber fish or rubber crab more often without destroying it immediately.

Through the various available colors of the Skirt you can react to the different water turbidity and light conditions. You can choose a skirt color that goes well with your rubber bait. Of course you can also create a contrast to the trailer with your skirted jig and set a strike point. The rubber fringes are extremely durable and stretchable. Due to the durable attachment, they will not be damaged or even torn off even with heavy bites and numerous drills.

Due to the special tapered stand-up shape of the jig head, our Skirted Jig glides wonderfully through branches and still stays on the bottom after sinking. This ensures that you get less hang-ups and your bait can be better sucked in by the biting fish. Due to the slightly round bottom, this Rubber Jig rocks a little on the bottom, which in combination with the fringes provides additional attractiveness. The coating of the head is very robust and does not flake off immediately. As a result, it retains its inconspicuous color for a very long time.

The different sizes of our Skirted Jigs are matched to our rubber fish Dude and Wilson up to 6 inches, as well as our rubber crab Edward.

We recommend the following combinations:

#1/0 for Dude & Wilson in 3 Inch.

#3/0 for Dude & Wilson in 4 inch & Edward in 2,8 inch

#4/0 for Dude & Wilson in 5 + 6 Inch & Edward in 3,5 Inch
