Status Quo Organic Gourmet Espresso

The Status Quo Bio is a 100% Arabica blend that we can also recommend for espresso, as it brings fruity notes to the espresso. The powerful, harmonious composition consists of an Ethiopian premium coffee (direct import, Kooperative Cueillete) with fruity, floral nuances and a premium coffee from Peru.

The Status Quo also reveals its full quality in the long cup of coffee. A balanced coffee with lasting flavor and an unforgettable body. These characteristics are complemented by a perfectly cinnamon-colored crema. This blend gains its distinctive, slightly lemony, floral flavor from the particularly gentle roasting process.

We allow our coffees about 18-22 minutes to develop perfectly in the roaster at low temperature. One of the results is this truly outstanding blend.

We roast only the highest quality green coffees according to our proven concept: at low temperature the still green beans are roasted in the drum roaster. This allows them to fully develop their unique aromas during long-term roasting – the best basis for indulgence experiences of a special kind.
