This rather small tea garden in the east of the Assam Valley has been producing very nice organically grown qualities for years. The Tonganagaon Estate is located on the edge of the Namdapha Nature Reserve, which is world famous for its biodiversity. A fine leaf structure with golden leaf tips convinces in the infusion by a soft, expressive bouquet with a fragrant-spicy aroma and malty hints. The bright copper-colored infusion is reflected in the cup.

Preparation recommendation:
We recommend 1-2 teaspoons (2.5 - 6 gr.) to prepare 300 ml of tea. Organic Assam Tonganagaon also tolerates higher temperatures. We recommend 90 - 100° C hot water.
