Two plots, one on Mont Saint-Georges and the other on Badacsony, vinification in whole bunches, spontaneous fermentation and 5 months aging in old barrels. 600 bottles produced.
The Kéknyelű grape variety, a real curiosity in the Badacsony region, gives a wine with a floral bouquet in its youth; here, in addition to white flesh fruits, orange and a saline note arrive. Dense, full and structured on the palate, with massive acidity: lively and unctuous, with a very high-voltage balance.
