These fine potato flakes are with about 3-5 mm about the same size as our millet flakes.
They are very highly digested and very dry, which makes them very productive. You only need small amounts of dried flake to make ready-to-eat mashed potatoes.

To replace 100 g of fresh potato, you need about 15 g of dry potato flake.
