Ipevo VZ-R HDMI/USB Document Camera

The 8-megapixel IPEVO VZ-R HDMI/USB Dual Mode document camera works much like an overhead projector, but via a digital projector. Unlike overhead projectors, which are large and bulky and can only project transparencies, the VZ-R is lightweight, portable and can capture both still and moving objects - such as textbooks, artwork and 3D objects.

The dual mode of the VZ-R makes it possible to use it directly with a projector, TV or monitor via HDMI, or a computer via USB with IPEVO Visualizer software or third-party software. In either case, no additional configuration step or driver installation is required.

With its 8-megapixel camera, the VZ-R can record up to 3264 x 2448 pixels in USB mode and up to 1920 x 1080 pixels in HDMI mode. With a CMOS image sensor from Sony and a powerful integrated SoC from Ambarella, you also get improved performance in the areas of focusing speed, noise reduction, and color reproduction. In addition, the VZ-R's built-in LED light gives you extra illumination for shooting subjects in low-light environments.

The VZ-R's tripod has been reinforced with fiberglass-reinforced thermoplastic, so it can withstand daily and constant use. In addition, the VZ-R is easy to carry due to its light weight of one kilogram. The reversible Type-C connector on the VZ-R's body also saves you the hassle of finding the right cable position.

Additionally, the VZ-R's multi-jointed stand and small footprint allow shooting from a variety of heights, angles and perspectives. And with the easy-to-reach buttons on the housing, you can correct the real-time images instantly.(Please be aware that the package of VZ-R does not include HDMI cable or power supply).
