Blend: 40% Semillon - 40% Muscadelle - 20% Sauvignon
This dry white is a singular wine, both mineral and complex. It expresses its terroir through our estate's seven-year-old Semillon vines. An 8-month ageing on lees reinforces its fleshiness, giving it richness and length. Elegant and fresh, it always surprises pleasantly as it evolves.
FOOD AND WINE PAIRINGThis cuvée is ideal with salmon and turbot fricassee, fish in white sauces, scallops, thinly sliced chicken in cream sauce, rabbit in mustard sauce, and pressed and cooked cheeses such as Comté or Beaufort.
