Grape variety: 100% Pinot Noir

Ruby-red in color, the nose is quite open, with aromas of red fruits and a slight spiciness. The attack on the palate is still a little severe, but the tannins are round and delicate, and when young it will be even better if decanted. Its finesse and fruity flavors will gain in complexity with age. A delicious accompaniment to red meats with or without sauce, as well as creamy or soft cheeses.
