Sake Koikawa Shuzo Junmai Koinokawa has an alcohol content of 15.3%, a polish of 65%. and can be drunk hot or cold. It goes well with white fish, but can also be drunk with any other meal. The aroma of Koinokawa is reminiscent of cooked rice and when heated, it develops a good Umani taste (the taste of amino acids that occur during the fermentation process).
