Description
Composed essentially of buds, "Spring Breeze" is an exceptional jasmine tea. When the jasmine blooms, the tea and fresh flowers are layered in 5 alternating layers, then left to rest for several hours. The flowers are then removed by hand. The process is repeated several times in order to have a great subtlety of aromas.
The liquor is clear yellow and limpid, with a generous perfume of jasmine. In the mouth, the flavor is mellow, sweet, lively and ends on a vegetal note of a quality green tea. It offers you a delight of sweetness and a real pleasure.
